
Paladin Security recently welcomed Susan Ibach to the company as executive vice-president, people & culture.

Ibach joins Paladin after a decades-long career at Shaw where she oversaw a variety of portfolios within human resources. As Paladin’s people & culture leader, Ibach will oversee all of Canada’s operations and will be responsible for enterprise-wide culture, labour relations, talent acquisition, people strategy, and people performance.
