Paladin Security recently welcomed Susan Ibach to the company as executive vice-president, people & culture.
“Paladin Security is a well-respected Canadian organization that has been recognized for creating a performance-based culture that fosters internal career growth,” said Ibach. “As a human resources professional, it is exciting to be part of an organization that truly values their employees and strives to positively impact the communities they serve.”
Ibach joins Paladin after a decades-long career at Shaw where she oversaw a variety of portfolios within human resources. As Paladin’s people & culture leader, Ibach will oversee all of Canada’s operations and will be responsible for enterprise-wide culture, labour relations, talent acquisition, people strategy, and people performance.
“Susan’s ability to prioritize culture in the execution of strategy is impressive and crucial for us whose culture is our competitive advantage. To have someone of her capabilities join not only our organization, but our industry, truly is a game changer for us,” said Chad Kalyk, president, Paladin Security.
