Vancouver-based Paladin Security has been named one of Canada’s Best Employers by Forbes magazine.
In collaboration with market research firm Statista, Forbes selects Canada’s Best Employers based on independent surveys. Survey data is taken from more than 8,000 Canadian working for companies that employ at least 500 people. Employees rate their willingness to recommend their employer to family and friends, as well as salary, potential for development and working conditions. Based on survey scores, 300 companies are selected for the list.
“The success of Paladin Security not only depends on our vision and service, but also on the people who carry out the vision and deliver the service,” said Diana Trasolini, Paladin’s vice-president of people and culture in a statement. “Achieving Canada’s Best Employers by Forbes magazine highlights how our focus on fostering a corporate culture that allows our employees to thrive and grow, is the secret behind being an employer of choice. We truly value and appreciate our people, which builds a corporate culture that is magnetic to both current and prospective employees.”
