Paladin Security is launching Paladin Risk Solutions Inc. (PRSI), which will focus on delivering proactive risk and investigation services.

Paladin describes PRSI as a specialized risk, intelligence, and investigative consultancy, and notes that its growth in investigations, business continuity, and security consulting led to the formation of this new brand.

PRSI is led by Robert Burns, president of Paladin Risk Solutions. Burns said in a statement, “I am excited to be a part of this initiative and grow Paladin Risk Solutions to be a globally recognized brand.”

Joining Burns on the leadership team are Michael Lantz, vice-president of Investigations; Katie Subbotina, director of Global Risk Consulting; Andreu Salva, manager of Investigation Services and Due Diligence; and Scott McGregor, manager of OSINT and Intelligence.


“The people in our organization have been and will continue to be the key to our success. We’ve assembled a team of leading professionals in their field, who all share the same vision and core values. Our expertise is what will build trust with our clients,” Burns continued.

Mike Lantz, vice-president, Investigations, also commented in a statement, “PRSI offers a tailored consultancy approach to mitigate our client’s level of risk. Our international reach includes relationships with our extensive, trusted network of operatives, analysts, and intelligence personnel, which enables us to supply our clients with timely information across the globe. We provide a balanced approach to risk mitigation steered by intelligence and information.”

Paladin says PRSI mitigation solutions are provided by teams of experts with local and international experience and range from policy development to integrated program implementation. Expertise includes critical infrastructure; hospitals and healthcare facilities; educational institutions; commercial properties; pipelines; seaports and airports; water supply; extractive industries in oil, gas, mining; new construction builds and communities. Services include emergency management, business continuity, threat management, violence risk assessment, active threat plans, and fire prevention programs.

PRSI also provides general investigation, basic database searches, enhanced due diligence utilizing various public record systems, as well as human intelligence sources. Their expanded offerings include pre-employment screening, blacklist and PEP desktop verification, compliance due diligence, background verification reports, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and sanction reviews.
