DIGIOP has released ELEMENTS 8.5 – the latest version of its flagship line of video and data management software. DIGIOP ELEMENTS 8.5 delivers more advanced analytics plus expanded integration capabilities with a wider range of devices, along with a new GoMobile application for easier remote access and management. DIGIOP ELEMENTS 8.5 brings users new analytical tools including advanced heat mapping and dwell metrics, plus visual graphs to display raw text data for queuing and service times. Users can define custom filter queries and search through data while displaying a live view of a specified event. An interface allows users to configure a ‘tour’ of individual data devices and define ‘dwell’ times for each tour.
