Michael Coladipietro, Director, Risk Management, Longo Bros. Fruit Markets Inc.

Michael Coladipietro has been active in the security and loss prevention industry since 1998, having worked in various organizations including the Canadian Forces, Starbucks, and Canada Post. Michael currently leads the risk management portfolio at Longo Brothers Fruit Markets Inc. where he is responsible for the insurance, food safety, asset protection, emergency management and business continuity programs. Insurance Business Canada recently named Michael to the Leading Risk Managers honour roll. Michael a holds Certified Protection Professional designation from ASIS International.


Stacy Gallant – ​ Director of Consulting Services, Investigations and Executive Protection

Stacy Gallant was with the Toronto Police Service for 31 years and retired from his post as a Detective Sergeant before joining GardaWorld as Director of Consulting Services, Investigations and Executive Protection for Ontario in 2019. ​

Stacy brings significant knowledge as a former lead investigator and manager in several investigative units including Organized Crime and Property Crime Task Force, Gun and Gang Task Force, Homicide Squad, Homicide Squad- Major Case Management /Viclas, Homicide Squad- Cold Case Section.  ​

His expertise brings new insight into the consulting team and helps GardaWorld optimize solutions and adjust to new security trends.


Stephen O’Keefe, President, Bottom Line Matters

Stephen O’Keefe took a 30-year career with some of the greatest international retail brands such as Walmart and The Hudson’s Bay Company to the next level. He now leverages his experience to support an exclusive consulting business dealing with unique day to day challenges that small to mid-sized retailers face, but may not have all of the resources to address. The challenge that any business must overcome is how to deal with all of the dynamics associated with operating in today’s environment. Particularly as it relates to People and Process, the negative effects can be detrimental to the bottom line.


Chris Sallans, Vice President, Retail Operations & Geek Squad, Best Buy Canada

Chris is a retail operations specialist with over 23 years’ experience in the retail industry. His knowledge across many different segments of the retail business provides him with a holistic approach to fulfilling the unique needs of different stakeholders, while achieving overall business goals. As VP, Retail Operations, Chris oversees a team that is responsible for facilitating the delivery and design of programs between Best Buy Canada’s corporate headquarters and 172 retail locations. His role includes managing labour, processes, strategic initiatives and execution of both retail stores and Geek Squad. Chris has worked in multiple markets across Canada, and has spent time in various roles between the field and at corporate headquarters.
