While many western businesses are concerned about the potential for cyber attacks coming from political and economic rivals like China and Russia, expert Richard Harknett believes there is space for healthy, ethical competition in the digital economy of the future. Harknett is a professor at the University of Cincinnati and scholar in residence at U.S. Cyber Command and the NSA who spoke at a recent conference on cross-border cybersecurity.
