Peel First Responders take Hot Sauce Challenge
By Canadian Security StaffNews
Peel Crime Stoppers in collaboration with Peel First Responders, Salem’s Lott Hot Sauces, and Banas Stones will host a hot sauce challenge fundraiser at Drake A Firkin Pub on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 6pm. Ontario COVID-19 guidelines will be respected.
Members from Peel First Responders (RCMP, OPP, Peel Regional Police, Peel Paramedics, Mississauga Fire, Brampton Fire, Caledon Fire, Respond Search & Rescue and Boots On The Ground) will be competing in teams. Each participant will enjoy different levels of hot sauces while answering skill testing questions. The team with the most funds raised will receive a gift and bragging rights.
Leadership from First Responders and (Stopper) the Peel Crime Stoppers crime fighting K9 mascot will be in attendance to cheer on the participants. The public is invited to support their favourite First Responders team by making an online donation and viewing the event being streamed live on Facebook.
