GardaWorld to roll out mobile communications tool to frontline employees globally

GardaWorld announced that, in collaboration with Microsoft, it is launching a customized version of Microsoft Viva Connections to its 120,000+ frontline workers globally.

Available through Microsoft Teams, the security company says that Viva Connections provides its remote employees access to what they need to stay informed and connected.

The app can be downloaded onto an employee’s mobile device and enables them to retrieve company news and job-related information. It also provides a means to communicate with team members through chat or calls. The app is integrated throughout the GardaWorld organization via Microsoft 365.

By using the power of Microsoft Viva Connections and customizing it to our specific needs, we are able to achieve this goal with effective multilateral communication – from management to staff, staff to management and staff to staff.”

The app rollout will start in Canada and continue globally over the coming months.
