
Dutch police testing eagles to snatch pesky drones

News Industry NewsUsing eagles to remove drones that are a threat to public safety may sound far-fetched, but Dutch police are giving the idea a try, according to a story in the Globe and Mail. A spokesman says it's a "low-tech solution to a high-tech problem." It's simply a matter of teaching the eagles to treat the drone as prey, says the trainer.
