Device keeps domes squeaky clean

Dotworkz, a developer of surveillance video monitoring equipment, recently introduced the DomeWizard, a device designed to thoroughly cleanse the lower dome lens of a dome camera from the ground level, keeping it streak- and scratch-free for better image capture while eliminating the unsafe use of high ladders.

Available at www.webcamproshop.com for US$79, the DomeWizard is designed for the maintenance of outdoor and indoor camera enclosures up to 40 feet tall.

The DomeWizardís cleaning head, which attaches to an extension pole (sold separately), features a soft, washable mitt that surrounds the dome lens and gently removes dust, dirt and smudges. The kit comes with a professional-grade Lexan cleaning solution.
