On Jan. 4, the Toronto CN Tower will be illuminated red and white in recognition of Crime Stoppers Month.

Established in 1984, Toronto Crime Stoppers is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

“Toronto Crime Stoppers is committed to the community we serve and works tirelessly towards empowering a movement of a crime-free Toronto,” said Sean Sportun, chair of Toronto Crime Stoppers in a statement. “Our program is honoured to have the CN Tower, a legendary Toronto landmark, once again light up the city’s skyline in support of Crime Stoppers.”
