Brivo Systems has announced the release of Version 7.0 of the Brivo ACS WebService Application. The new version provides extended  functionality in response to growing needs in Brivo’s vertical markets.

The Brivo ACS WebService Application now supports up to 50 custom
fields for tracking information associated with users defined in the
User Directory. New management tools include the ability to control and
rearrange the order in which custom fields appear, which fields appear
on the defined user page, and which fields appear on an “extended view”
page.

All 50 fields can also be populated through a data upload service,
provided by Brivo Technical Support. The additional fields allow
end-users to create a system customized to their needs, from including
additional information to how that information is displayed—all from
any Web browser, without programming experience or software to install.
Release 7.0 also enables Assistant Administrators to create and edit
site-specific schedules for their facilities.

This provides additional customization to give end-users more control
over Door Timers, Device Schedules, and Notifications, while freeing
higher-level administrators for more strategic maintenance. With the
addition of this powerful new feature, assistant administrators now
have a larger toolset at their disposal for managing their own locale,
region, or facility. It enables greater local administration of door
schedules for individual sites, while still providing oversight of all
access control activities for the Senior and Master Administrators
within an account.
