By Canadian Security

The Private Security and Investigative Services Act 2005 (formerly known as Bill 159) and 12 current regulations were phased-in between 2007 and 2009. Now, the Training and Testing Regulation, the 13th and last regulation to be implemented, will take effect this April 15th. This presentation will provide an overview of the training and testing requirements recently released by the Ministry, and address how this latest regulation will affect both in-house and contract security personnel and their employers.
