PalAmerican Security recently announced it is establishing a presence in Portland, Or., through the acquisition of Cascadia Global Security’s Western United States operations.

The company stated that the move also strengthens its footprint in Washington, Colorado, Utah and Nevada.

“PalAmerican Security has seen strong strategic growth throughout the Pacific Northwest in 2024 and with this acquisition, we further underscore that strategy to welcome many new members to our team and clients alike,” Jason Begin, PalAmerican president, said in a statement.

Founded in 2018, Cascadia Global Security is a veteran-owned and operated company, specializing in HOA and community security, retail, office and commercial security, and mobile patrol.

“The acquisition of Cascadia represents a rare opportunity to accomplish two strategic requirements for PalAmerican: increasing existing market share and introducing a whole new geography to our team,” Begin added.

In January, PalAmerican also acquired Black Knight Security’s Chicago operations followed by the acquisition of Genesis Security in the Silicon Valley in March.
