Industry partner IAHSS kicks off Focus On Healthcare Security with a welcome message for all attendees and provides an update on association activities.
Brine Hamilton
Brine Hamilton is the President of the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and a systems engineer in Omnigo’s health-care vertical. Brine has been involved in the security industry since 2005, primarily within the health-care field. His health care experience includes both frontline and leadership roles as a proprietary and outsourced employee in both the public and private sector. He serves as faculty at Fleming College, Seneca College and previously Humber College, twice being named a “Top 10 Prof” at Fleming College. He has been able to combine his passions for teaching and the security industry by starting “The Healthcare Security Cast” which has been downloaded over 5,500 times in 51 countries. He is also the co-host of the “Proactive Security Podcast” with Mike Hodges.
