Alsayed is an emergency management and security specialist based in Toronto. In 2020, Alsayed founded Evolutz, an independent brand, design and website development agency with the aim to elevate security industry branding standards and help security companies and professionals get a competitive edge, expand their client reach, and increase revenue. She is also the founder of Hilt International Security, a holistic security firm, with the goal to work with different international platforms, in order to protect people and assets worldwide.

Alsayed is a familiar face on social media, and hosts a regular “Social Wednesday” interview show with a diverse group of security professionals. Among her accomplishments, Alsayed was named a Top Influencer in Security and Fire by IFSEC Global in 2020 and was recognized as “One to Watch” by IFSEC Global in 2019.
