Understanding the Cloud from a security perspective
By Canadian SecurityNews Industry News
The Cloud promises huge benefits, but the technology is not always well understood, leaving the potential user with more questions than answers.
If you’re looking for expert advice on what the Cloud may mean to your organization, then join us on Sept. 21 for a one-hour webinar, “Conducting secure business in the Cloud,” featuring Cory Freed, senior corporate counsel with Microsoft Canada.
Cory is part of a team of lawyers who negotiates Cloud computing agreements with Microsoft Canada’s largest public sector and enterprise customers. During a 45-minute session, Cory will provide attendees with Cloud definitions, address concerns they may have, provide some key contract terms and outline what their expectations should be of Cloud service providers. Cory will also take part in a 15-minute Q&A session, addressing questions posed directly by attendees.
This webinar, hosted by Canadian Security magazine and sponsored by Microsoft Canada, is available FREE of charge. It will take place Monday, Sept. 21 at 2:00 PM EST.
