RHEA Group says the partnership will enable the combined team to offer a unique spectrum of security services to government departments and other industries across Canada and Europe.
TSI Security was founded by John Sheridan, TSI’s President, in 2008, and since then it has grown to become one of the largest security consultancies in Canada, serving the Canadian federal government. Its portfolio includes threat assessments, client requirements definition, security planning, security systems design and project management services.
RHEA Group CEO Andre Sincennes said in a statement, “RHEA Group’s acquisition of TSI Security is a strategic positioning step forward for both companies. TSI’s expertise complements our existing physical security services offering, while our international reach will enable the TSI team to extend its geographical provision of services. Our combination of physical and cyber security products and services now positions us as a world-leading security solutions provider.”
John Sheridan, president, TSI Security, added, “Our approach has always been to apply a unique blend of process and technology for each client to create an exceptional security position for them. We’ve also focused on the institutional marketplace as a way of building a strong brand. We are looking forward to expanding our portfolio of clients and combining our physical security expertise with cyber security offerings, as so many of our clients will greatly benefit from such key solutions. This new chapter working with RHEA Group provides us with a unique blend of security expertise, which is very exciting.”
