Stephen Harper preaches themes of experience, economy and security

Stephen Harper is pinning his re-election hopes on the themes of experience, security and safeguarding the economy.
The Conservative leader launched his bid on Sunday for a fourth straight election victory with a focus on national security risk, among other concerns. He suggested his political rivals are unfit to lead on the world stage, grappling with security threats that range from Islamic State terror attacks or Russian aggression in Ukraine.
