
Regina school evacuated due to bomb threat

News K-12 bombMonday was a busy day for police and schools in two parts of Regina. First, Winston Knoll Collegiate was the subject of a bomb threat on April 25. Students were sent to nearby Riffel High School, which was placed in "secure-the-building" mode, according to a story by the Regina Leader Post.
Students of both schools were later dismissed for the day. Police searched Winston Knoll and found nothing suspicious.
In an unrelated matter, two east-end Regina schools also went into “secure-the-building” mode on April 25 after a police reported suspicious activity in the area.
