Paladin Security has been recognized with an Employee's Choice Award by job and recruiting website Glassdoor.

According to a Paladin statement: The Employees’ Choice Awards program relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor.  In its eight years or recognition, 2016 is the first year that Glassdoor has recognized Canadian companies, compiling a Top 25 list. Paladin Security is the only security company to be honoured in North America.
Ashley Cooper, CEO, Paladin, stated: “We cannot thank our people enough for this honour. Paladin has the best team in the business, with the most dedicated and talented individuals from coast to coast. The goal at Paladin is to work hard, have fun and empower each other while delivering excellent services. This recognition is substantial as our people’s reviews confirm we are achieving the goal. Huge congrats to the Paladin Family, who continue to encourage the success of the Paladin brand.”
“Everyone wants a job and company they love,” said Glassdoor co-founder and CEO Robert Hohman. “Programs like the Employees’ Choice Awards allow us to honour employers that stand out for their efforts in providing an enjoyable work environment and culture.”
The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by employees between November 3, 2014 and November 1, 2015. To be considered for the Canada list, a company must have at least 25 Glassdoor-approved company reviews from current and former Canada-based employees during the window of eligibility.
