
Paladin acquires B.C.-based security company

News Industry NewsPaladin Security announced it is expanding its B.C. operations with the acquisition of the security business assets of All-Rite Security, effective July 31.
This is Paladin’s second acquisition in the B.C. Interior region in the last eight months.
“We feel honoured that Michael and Barbara Parenteau felt that Paladin Security was the best organization to continue to provide quality service to their clients. They both have worked tirelessly over the past 20 years in building a leading Okanagan security company and Paladin is committed to fostering that legacy,” says Ted Reid, Paladin CFO, in a statement.
