Four leading security figures, Bonnie Butlin, Security Partners Forum; Kevin Sanjari, Paragon Security; Luciano Cedrone, Brookfield Properties; and Dwaine Nichol, City of Toronto were available to offer advice and mentoring opportunities to young security professionals.

In a roundtable format, they dispensed advice about career engagement, work/life balance, interacting with peers, advancement opportunities, volunteerism, and much more.
