Mayor Rob Ford’s office reports security threat to police

News Public Sector City of Toronto Rob FordAccording to an article in the Globe and Mail: Two uniformed Toronto police officers visited Mayor Rob Ford’s office Tuesday morning in response to a threat made against the mayor, police say.
The mayor’s office received a threat Monday and called police to report it. The officers stopped by in person Tuesday to speak to the staff member who received it and City Hall security, who had filed an internal report, according to Amin Massoudi, a spokesperson for the mayor.
