
(ISC)2 announces Security Congress will be virtual conference in 2020

News Data Security (isc)² (ISC)² Security CongressConference for cybersecurity professionals will offer 50 hours of sessions in online format
(ISC)² announced that its (ISC)² Security Congress will take place as a virtual conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The three-day conference will be held online from November 16-18.
The virtual conference will includes sessions that discuss a plethora of topics including Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Career Development, Privacy, and workforce challenges.
“This year is bittersweet in a lot of ways, and although we’re disappointed that we won’t be able to see our colleagues and members from all around the world in person, we’re excited to embrace this new online format for Security Congress,” said Wesley Simpson, COO, (ISC)², in a prepared statement. “As a virtual event, Security Congress will bring the global cybersecurity community together as we close out one of the most challenging years our profession has ever faced.”
