GSX in Vegas: a new look for the annual ASIS conference

Global Security Exchange (GSX), held in Las Vegas, Nev., Sept. 24-27, was the first of the new-look, rebranded ASIS International conference and exhibits. According to ASIS, the conference drew approximately 20,000 attendees and 550 exhibitors from 113 different nations.

“Global Security Exchange, like our industry, will continually evolve,” said Richard E. Chase, 2018 president, ASIS International, in a statement. “In fact, GSX is not just an event that will reconvene 12 months from now in Chicago. GSX is a brand that will continue to engage ASIS members, attendees and vendor partners as a security community all year long.”

GSX 2019 is scheduled to take place Sept. 8-12 at McCormick Place, Chicago.
