Edmonton airport security to receive 12 per cent raise

According to a recent report published by Global News, security screening personal at Edmonton International Airport have voted in favour of ratifying a new collective agreement.

Teamsters Canada said GardaWorld employees from Local 362 negotiated a 12-per cent raise over the next two and a half years, along with a $1,500 signing bonus for full-time workers and $750 for part-timers.
