ISS 24/7 announced that Contemporary Security Canada (CSC) will implement their ISS 24/7 Incident Management System for the Toronto Pan American Games security operations.

CSC will be using the ISS 24/7 Incident Management System which allows the recording, tracking, documentation, and communication of all incidents that may occur during events. This cutting edge technology also includes the ability to use a two-way mobile application which puts event staff directly and instantly in touch with one another, inclusive of the ability to exchange pictures and videos.

“We are excited to be using the ISS 24/7 Incident Management System during the Toronto 2015 Pan Am / Parapan Am Games where we are providing security services,” said Stephen V. Mirabile, President and CEO, CSC. “This system allows us to effectively and efficiently handle all incidents at the Games’ venues in real time. The goal of CSC is to provide a safe environment for athletes and spectators and the ISS 24/7 Incident Management System helps us achieve this.”

“ISS 24/7 is excited to partner with CSC to help them manage their event and ensure that any safety or security concerns are handled quickly and efficiently for an event of this magnitude,” said Scott Meyers, Vice President of Sales, ISS 24/7.
