Bill McQuade launches recruitment firm for security industry
After 22 years in senior management, Bill McQuade has launched a recruitment firm called Final Image targeting the security industry in Canada. McQuade’s hired a lot of people over the years and says he’s seen too many people make mistakes in their job hunt.

The value of research in the security industry

One of the things we suffer from as an industry is a lack of scientific research. Yes, we certainly “borrow” a considerable amount of information, particularly in the human domain from psychology, sociology and philosophy. But borrowing is not the same as creating our information specific to security conditions and parameters.
