3 Sixty Secure announces protective services agreements with retail cannabis stores

The announcement comes after 3 Sixty signed a multi-year contract with an Agency of the Government of Canada

3 Sixty Risk Solutions Ltd. will provide static security guarding services for a number of retail locations across Ontario. Contracts range from one to three years in duration with the possibility of extension.

According to a statement, 3 Sixty will provide safety and security services up to seven days per week, and allows for 14 day invoicing and payment. 3 Sixty will also ensure its security personnel are CannSell certified (mandatory certification educating staff on cannabis products and potential risks).

“We are extremely pleased to be providing a secure environment for cannabis store employees and patrons across Ontario,” said Thomas Gerstenecker, chairman, a.i., founder and CEO of 3 Sixty, in a prepared statement. “We look forward to continued security support within industry and driving forward our 2020 strategy on expanding into other more diverse sectors.”

This announcement comes after the company signed a multi-year contract with an Agency of the Government of Canada.

In an announcement, 3 Sixty shared that they entered into a long-term contract effective July 06, spanning five years in total. Specifically, a three year term with up to two additional one year periods. 3 Sixty will provide the Agency with armoured transportation services to include pick up and transfer of monies for bank deposits in multiple locations within Alberta and B.C.

“The contract enhances our footprint and density across Canada which supports our strategic goals for 2020,” said Gerstenecker. “I am extremely proud of 3 Sixty’s team of professionals that secured a meaningful, long-term contract with our newest customer and we look forward to supporting the safety and security of the Agency’s assets.”
