MOBOTIX's MxActivitySensor registers the traveling movement of people and objects, while dismissing redundant changes and movement in the scene, reducing the number of false alarms. The MxActivitySensor is directly integrated in the camera. Only relevant events trigger an alarm, which is sent out over the network, allowing users to save bandwidth. When a human or vehicle moves through the camera's field of view, MxActivitySensor triggers the camera to initiate an alarm action, such as recording, phone call, email, sms, etc. The MxActivitySensor ignores all other changes in the environment such as snow, rain, wind, light, moving clouds and trees. S15, D15 and V15 camera models are equipped with the MxActivitySensor. MxActivitySensor has been released within the latest MOBOTIX camera software update from 4.1.6 which is available as a free download. MxActivitySensor is compatible with the following camera models - Q24M, M24M, D24M, T24M, D14Di, S14 and V14 (secure camera models only).

SimplexGrinnell's Simplex TrueAlert ES (eServices) notification brings addressable technology to the systems that warn building occupants in the event of a fire or other emergency. It is the latest addition to SimplexGrinnell’s suite of web-enabled eService solutions. Each TrueAlert ES device is electronically supervised – built with the intelligence to continuously report its status to a Simplex 4100ES fire alarm control panel. Key benefits include: design flexibility; efficient installation; cost-effective maintenance; lower costs of installation, operation and ownership; and improved overall protection. TrueAlert ES devices offer self-testing capability. A pass-fail signal is sent to the Simplex 4100ES panel when audible and visible devices are tested. Device information and test history is stored, and a Simplex 4100ES panel can generate reports for AHJs (authorities having jurisdiction) and other code compliance officials. TrueAlert ES devices provide a specific warning alert when repair or maintenance is needed.

Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video Products Group's IK-WB81A IP bullet camera with full 1080p HD resolution is designed for outdoor video surveillance. The IK-WB81A uses a long-range SRLED (Single Reflex LED) IR system with an illumination angle of 53 degrees.
