Webinar Recap: Mitigating risk and managing expectations

On Oct. 8, Brad Spicer, founder and president of SafePlans, provided a webinar presentation covering some of the basic tools and strategies required for effective emergency planning and risk mitigation. Webinar sponsor Status Solutions was also on hand to provide technical expertise. Both Spicer and Status Solutions' Amy Jeffs were available following the 45-minute presentation for a 15-minute Q&A session with webinar attendees moderated by Canadian Security editor Neil Sutton.
