According to multiple news reports, security staff discovered syringes tied to doors at Toronto city hall Monday night.

The CBC reports:

At around 7 p.m., police were called by security staff who found the syringes tied to doors, though police aren’t saying exactly which doors.

Police say this isn’t the first time it’s happened. They responded to a similar incident at city hall on Oct. 25.

In both cases the syringes were capped, no one was hurt and the syringes were safely removed by security staff.
