• ASIS Toronto scholarship program in full swing

  The ASIS Toronto chapter has made some change to its annual student scholarship program for 2013, including an increase in value to security studies entrance scholarships and the addition of a second bursary. The scholarship program has been recognized as a best practice by the ASIS Foundation for its inclusiveness, accessibility and academic leadership required by students.

• Centennial College offers two new emergency management courses

  As part of its Emergency Management and Public Safety Institute (EMPSI), Centennial College is building its complement of courses of interest to individuals working in, or preparing for, careers related to emergency response and management.
