Halifax Water pays for $2M in security during labour disruption The CBC reports that it has obtained a detailed breakdown of the security costs associated with an almost two-month labour disruption. According to the story, a utility spokesperson said, "It's a big system, it's a lot of infrastructure and so those costs are high.
