The Reve condominium tower in downtown Toronto has adopted a "virtual concierge" service using Cisco technology. The virtual concierge performs the same security functions as a live person would at the lobby desk: they can view and speak with visitors in the lobby via video screens, grant access into the building and will even be able to manage parcel deliveries through remote access.
