Elk Products' new ELK-952 in-line telephone surge protector for security controls is intended to protect against damage from lightning, voltage spikes and surge damage coming into a phone line. It installs between the RJ31X phone jack and the security control, features multi-stage protection and is five times faster than MOVs, the vendor says.
