Written by  The Canadian Press February 09, 2012
Ontario Provincial Police in Sudbury have laid 141 charges against a private security business and two of its directors.
Arthur Harrison and Neil Shaw, directors of the FEDSEC Corp., are accused of employing an unlicensed security guard and failing to provide mandated training.

Police say the unlicensed guard worked at the Sudbury Regional Hospital -- now known as Health Sciences North.
