Financial troubles ahead?

As I write this, the U.S. House of Representatives has just voted in favour of raising the debt ceiling in their country. The next stage is to send it to their Senate for consideration.
Benjamin Disraeli stated there were three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies and statistics. I would like to add a fourth: the lies of technology.
There is a common misconception that you cannot tell who was using a computer at any given time, assuming that multiple people had access to the computer. It's not always possible, but it is more likely than not to identify who was on the computer at a particular time, whether this be in a corporate environment, or your home computer where multiple people have access to it.
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a crime prevention approach and series of applications used by planning, architectural, engineering, design, police and security professionals to name a few. However, over complicating CPTED or underutilizing its principles and applications seems to be a common mistake.
It would seem logical, in this day and age, that critical infrastructure sites such as hydro utilities and other energy generation stations would be subject to terror concerns.

Most energy security professionals will tell you, however, that it’s domestic, day-to-day threats of vandalism, that are the greatest concern.
